Hello and welcome to the Binghamton Writes blog! Please forgive the mess as we are still building up the content of our site.
Here's a little bit about Binghamton Writes:
Binghamton Writes is a biannual anthology of Binghamton University student writing. We receive many excellent submissions from students in Writing 110 and Writing 111 at the end of every semester, and our team of genre editors work with the authors of those selected pieces to revise, refine, and polish their work for the next issue. Binghamton Writes publishes several Personal Essays, Op Eds, Researched Arguments, and Writing 110 essays per issue, and the anthology is used as a course text for Writing 111. We are published by Hayden-McNeil. All Writing 110 and 111 courses operate under the Writing Initiative, which you can learn more about here. Think you might like to be an editor? Check out this page. And finally, if you're interested in submitting your work and want to know if you meet the criteria, you can click here!
